Our Story

A Legacy That Lives On

Rose & Rios was inspired by my grandmother, Rosie, and my brother, DeMario. I lost them only three years apart, and the grief took me into a deep depression. Cooking became one of the ways I began finding my way back.

Some of my most treasured memories are the moments I spent cooking with my late grandmother. Her kitchen was filled with love, laughter and lessons that went far beyond a recipe. Those memories now live in every dish we prepare.

Rose & Rios is more than a food business. It is a tribute, a healing journey and a promise to serve people with the same love that shaped me.
